2 Day tour from £120 per person inclusive of all transport
First day looking for Golden Oriole, Stone Curlew, Firecrest, Tree Pipit & Woodlark. Optional evening trip to see Nightjar, Woodcock & Owls.
Second day inland looking for scarce breeding birds such as Montagu’s Harrier, Honey Buzzard Plus many of our breeding warblers.

Coastal day looking for common & scarce migrants,
second day inland looking for scarce breeding birds
such as Montagu’s Harrier, Honey Buzzard,
Nightjar & Firecrest. Plus many of our
breeding warblers. Third day looking for
Golden Oriole, Stone Curlew, Tree Pipit
& Woodlark.
We normally record over 100 species on the
3 day trip. Discount for group bookings of 3 or more.
Beautiful local bed & breakfast accommodation
also available with self-contained annexe or separate
house for larger groups.
These trips are available throughout May to mid-July, they are a three day trips and during Spring 2009 we recorded the following species regularly:-
Bittern, Golden Oriole, Stone Curlew, Montagu's Harrier, Honey Buzzard, Hobby, (not normally seen until the 3rd week of May), Marsh Harrier, Nightingale, Nightjar, Firecrest, Corn Bunting, Grey Partridge, Tree Sparrow, Tree Pipit & Woodlark. Along with a total of 155 species recorded over the period.
During the three days we visit a variety of sites throughout the county and will record well over 100 species, and as well as the rarer birds you can also expect to
see a host of scarcer and more regular species.
We are taking bookings now for 2009 - please email us if you are interested, we can advise
of the dates available.
We will provide complete transport to and from an arranged point of collection - if you need accommodation we have a Bed & breakfast provider in a beautiful location nearby, complete with resident Barn Owl!
Trips will commence from April 17th 2010 & be available until end of June.
Three day tour cost excluding accommodation & food from £160 per person
Tour cost including 3 nights accommodation with 3 packed lunches from £275 per person
