All bookings do require a booking form to be completed which is will be sent via email or post.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation and Refunds
In case of cancellation by the client more than two weeks in advance of the tour date, deposits will be refunded. No deposits can be refunded for client cancellations within two weeks of the tour date though bookings can be transferred to another date. If cancellation is the fault of Norfolk Birding a full refund will be given. Please note that bad weather will not necessarily result in the cancellation of a tour. The tour will normally go ahead unless conditions are particularly bad, in which case refunds are payable at the discretion of Norfolk Birding. We will always try to adjust itineraries to cope with the conditions.

Bookings
Groups will not normally exceed six clients plus the leader. The group can be made up of a single booking or can be filled with individuals from multiple single bookings at the discretion of Norfolk Birding but only where client requirements are judged to be compatible.
Our aim is to tailor the tour to your requirements at a competitive price. Specialised tours or requirements with groups booking the day alone are available - but will be at different rates to those advised on the website and literature.

Participation
Children aged under 16 are accepted on tours at half price but only if accompanied by an adult.

Norfolkbirding reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion without stating a reason and also reserves the right to terminate without refund the participation of any client unable or unwilling to conduct themselves in a manner compatible with the satisfactory operation of the tour and the enjoyment of any other members of the group.

Disclaimer
Norfolkbirding cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage to or theft of personal belongings or for any illness, injury or accident which may occur during a tour unless proven to be caused by negligence on the part of Norfolkbirding. Clients are bound to take all normal, sensible precautions and exercise an appropriate degree of care at all times.
Please remember that birds can fly away or be extremely elusive we cannot of course always guarantee success.
