A stylish bed & breakfast in beautiful surroundings, with a suite of beautiful rooms & beds.
The rooms are a converted set of stables each with a luxury suite accessed via French doors from the courtyard; you have privacy from the main house, where you can relax in the tranquil setting.
Each room is tastefully furnished to a high standard with en-suite bathrooms/wet rooms, ground-source underfloor heating, digital flat screen TV, Tea and coffee making facilities. Couples particularly like the little extra luxury at this provider & we work with Simon & Catharine on a regualr basis.
Breakfast - Continental self service laid out within each room.
Consisting of locally sourced, organic produce including croissants, cereals, mueslis, jam and bread All rooms have a personal fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

A lovely traditional & comfortable B&B in a beautiful setting, with over an acre of gardens & resident Barn & Tawny owl. Beautiful meadow area for you to wander around or just sit & relax.
Here there is a separate annexe, rooms within the house & with larger groups we use the rooms in Coopers House as well. We work mainly with this provider & Mary Walsh whom offers an excellent all round service

This is part of our main group accommodation at Whitehouse Farm & is a lovely old Georgian Norfolk cottage, full of character & charm. The cottage can be rented separately or used in conjunction with B&B & evening meals at the main Whitehouse Farm, which is just 50m away. The house has 3 generous sized bedrooms and one slightly smaller bedroom, 2 of, which have a double bed, and the remaining 2 have twin beds. The twinned bedded rooms are en suite and there is a large family bathroom with a bath and shower. Want places to escape to in the house? Cooper’s has a sunroom /playroom large dining room that will easily seat 10 people, a sitting room with an open fire and 2 little snugs. There are open fires in the dining room and the sitting room with the Victorian fireplace.
