Chris Mills is your primary guide and he has been birding for 30 years, formerly birding in Nottinghamshire where he became Nottinghamshire Recorder in 1999, he fullfilled a long term ambition by moving with his wife Jacky to Norfolk in 2000.  In recent years the majority of his birding efforts have been focussed in Norfolk. But birding has also taken us to many wonderful places around the world, visiting Finland, Norway, France, Spain, Canary Islands, Turkey, Corsica, Israel (10 times!!), Oman, UAE, Gambia, Kenya, Uganda, Goa, India, Thailand, California, Texas, New Jersey & Peru.

Chris is a natural guide with great experience, knowledge & enthusiasm - take a look at
our  testimonials.

We also offer wildlife digital photography workshops, mainly focussed on Digital SLR photography. Chris is most familiar with the Canon EOS range. Our equipment is listed below

Chris  has also undertaken paid and voluntary work for Norfolk Wildlife Trust, RSPB, Game Conservancy Trust & The Farming Conservation Group.

We are based in the heart of rural Norfolk adjacent to the oldest ancient woodland in Norfolk - Foxley Wood, Cley is just 25 minutes away & we are just 10 minutes from breeding Honey Buzzards.

Chris has built up an extensive knowledge of Norfolk, its birds, butterflies, dragonflies and other flora & fauna. We can offer guided birdwatching, digital photography advice & insect watching in Norfolk. We  ensure that you optimise your time & visit by seeing many of the more unusual and difficult species.
Our aims are to ensure you see some great birds & wildlife with an education about their identification, habits, status, migration and habitats.
